About Ria

My name is Ria Shroff (she/her), a 32-year-old therapist originally from Ahmedabad, India. As a first- and second-generation immigrant, my lived experiences inform my understanding of identity, transition, and belonging.
 

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Transpersonal Psychology from Sofia University. My own healing journey through trauma has shaped my compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy.
 

I work from a holistic, somatic perspective, helping clients reconnect with their bodies, build supportive tools, and move toward healing. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I’m passionate about creating an affirming space for identity exploration and self-discovery.
