About Caroline
My name is Caroline, and I grew up in an immigrant household where traditional values sometimes contrasted with mainstream American culture. This along with my prior career as an educator of international students shaped my multicultural perspective and passion for supporting clients navigating intergenerational and cross-cultural challenges.
I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults across all life stages and strive to create a warm, collaborative, and supportive space for growth. I take a trauma-informed approach, emphasizing safety and empowerment, and incorporate CBT interventions and values-based work to help clients process experiences, build insight, and create meaningful change. I completed a Master's degree in Psychology at CalSouthern University, and a Master's degree in Counseling & Guidance at San Jose State University.
